Members are at liberty to practice anywhere in India.<\/span>\n <\/div>\n <div class=\"term\">\n <span class=\"term-number\">\u25cf<\/span>\n <span class=\"term-content\">DOCTRINE shall send the membership agreement document along with the enrolment letter, DOCTRINE\u2019s payment receipt (if already not issued), indemnity policy document, membership card & medical consent form, directly to the member's address, after enrolment & renewal of membership.<\/span>\n <\/div>\n <div class=\"term\">\n <span class=\"term-number\">\u25cf<\/span>\n <span class=\"term-content\">DOCTRINE will process the documentation of the claims, according to the original insurance contact, renewable every year. Delay in renewing the policy due to the fault of the member shall automatically cease the monetary liability.<\/span>\n <\/div>\n <div class=\"term\">\n <span class=\"term-number\">\u25cf<\/span>\n <span class=\"term-content\">Compulsory excess for Medical Establishment coverage applicable. The insured medical Establishment shall bear for each and every claim a compulsory excess of 0.25 percent of the indemnity limit shown in the schedule subject to a minimum of Rs.1000\/- and a maximum of Rs. 1,00,000\/-, as per the insurance contract.<\/span>\n <\/div>\n <div class=\"term\">\n <span class=\"term-number\">\u25cf<\/span>\n <span class=\"term-content\">DOCTRINE Members are required to contact on any of our helpline mobile line nos. in case of any legal problem.<\/span>\n <\/div>\n <div class=\"term\">\n <span class=\"term-number\">\u25cf<\/span>\n <span class=\"term-content\">DOCTRINE Members are requested to quote the membership number mentioned in the membership card for all enquiry of correspondence.<\/span>\n <\/div>\n <div class=\"term\">\n <span class=\"term-number\">\u25cf<\/span>\n <span class=\"term-content\">All payment should be made in A\/c payee cheque\/D.D favouring \u2018DOCWIN MEDICAL DEFENCE CONSULTANT PVT. LTD.\u201d. Cash payment is strictly banned.
